We ship worldwide. We provide FREE SHIPPING for purchase above RM300/SDG100 to Malaysia and Singapore after all discounts applied.

 

When will my order be sent out?

By our in-house maker
As the pieces are made-to-order, upon payment confirmation we'll prepare your order in 5 business days  to allow careful handcrafting. Your order will be dispatched in 2-3 business days.

 

By our partner
Upon payment confirmation, your order will be shipped in 2-3 business days. If your order the made-to-order pieces by our in-house maker at the same time, we will ship your order in 5 business days to allow careful handcrafting.
All deliveries come with tracking numbers in your order confirmation email. Please allow 1 business day after dispatch for the order status to be updated.

 

Shipping times and fees by country and region are listed below.

Malaysia
Standard: 5-8 business days with flat rate charge of RM5 to West Malaysia, RM10 to East Malaysia.
Free standard shipping on orders of RM300+

 

Singapore
Standard: 6-12 business days with flat rate charge of SGD10 (RM30)
Free standard shipping on orders of SGD100+

 

Other Countries
Shipping fees will be available at checkout

 

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend emailing us immediately at hi@clairite.com upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need, so long if orders are yet to be processed by our warehouse team.

 

Are there additional charges for re-delivery?

Upon the third unsuccessful delivery attempt or if it has exceeded 14 days, whichever comes first, the parcel will be returned to us with return fees incur.

For us to dispatch your order to you again, a re-delivery fee will be charged.

Should you prefer to return your order for online credits, please note that the return fees incurred will be deducted from your issued credits.

 

All goods will be shipped to the address you provide. We are not liable for any damages or losses due to shipping.
