When will my order be sent out?
Upon payment confirmation, we'll ship your order in 2-3 business days. All deliveries come with tracking numbers in your order confirmation email.
Please allow 1 business day after dispatch for the order status to be updated.
Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend emailing us immediately at email@example.com upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need, so long if orders are yet to be processed by our warehouse team.
Are there additional charges for re-delivery?
Upon the third unsuccessful delivery attempt or if it has exceeded 14 days, whichever comes first, the parcel will be returned to us with return fees incur.
For us to dispatch your order to you again, a re-delivery fee will be charged.
Should you prefer to return your order for online credits, please note that the return fees incurred will be deducted from your issued credits.
All goods will be shipped to the address you provide. We are not liable for any damages or losses due to shipping.
