We know online shopping can be tricky. Hence we offer free and easy 30-days returns guarantee for you to shop with ease at Clai-rité. You can request for a refund or exchange your item(s) if they reach us within 30 calendar days from the delivered date.

 

You will receive an online gift code equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for a year. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.

Requesting a Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging, and with tags attached to the product. Please be sure to keep all the packaging materials Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the packaging has been tampered with.

  • Please submit any refund or exchange request within 3 days of receiving your product. Delivery fees will not be refunded.
  • Email hi@clairite.com with your order number, the reason why, and indicate if it’s a return for refund or exchange. We will reply with a return number and a return address.
  • When we receive the return, we will inspect it (up to 14 business days upon receipt) for quality control purposes. If we find the seal is broken or the package is broken in other areas, and we find the condition of the return is not in resell-able condition, we are not able to authorize the return process. We will mail the product back to you.
  • For authorized returns in good condition, we will refund or exchange the order within 3 business days upon receipt.
  • The delivery fee is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return.

To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage).
  • Products showing excessive wear and tear.
  • Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.
  • Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced/removed or the item have been washed.
  • Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.
  • Products that have been soiled or contaminated.

Discount codes cannot be re-issued and refunded. If you return an item that was purchased using a discount code, only the final price (after discount) will be refunded.
